1. Terms
By accessing this mobile or web application (collectively called the "Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Service are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to the FanVoz Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Deal Ventures Ltd.'s Service;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Deal Ventures Ltd. at any time. FanVoz trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the App are trademarks or registered trademarks of FanVoz (collectively "FanVoz Marks"). Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos, including sports teams and leagues whose names, logos, trademarks or service marks may appear on the Service, when used in connection with the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners (collectively "Third-Party Marks"). FanVoz pulls RSS feeds from both official team web sites and media sources and post those articles on the Service. The logos and names displayed in those posts are derived from those supplied in the RSS feeds and are the property of the owners of those RSS feeds. FanVoz is in no way liable for and/or affiliated with the Third-Party Marks. FanVoz Marks and Third-Party Marks may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of FanVoz or the applicable trademark holder. The Service and the content are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, international treaties, laws and other proprietary rights, and also may have security components that protect digital information only as authorized by FanVoz or the owner of the Content.

Deal Ventures Ltd. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
